REGIONAL RACE
General Information
This year, the Millennium Marathon will host individual Marathons in all 16 Regions in Ghana. The Regional races are 10.5km and serve as a preface run for elite Ghanaian runners. This year, the top 10 runners from each regional race will receive a complimentary qualifying spot for the Main race in September.
Entry
Runners can register for the regional races by picking up forms from designated areas (it will be communicated) or via the online registration portal.

Runner Guide
5K races are less stressful but it still demands some energy and endurance levels to run or walk.
